Demonstration terms
Evaluation-only conditions for controlled access to the pre-commercial Ezarven ERP and Ezarven SRP working demonstrations.
Status and provider
Controlled demonstration access is provided through Ezarven Binary for evaluation of Ezarven ERP and Ezarven SRP. Access does not establish production-service availability, a customer relationship or an operational-use licence.
Evaluation-only access
Any access is provided solely to evaluate product concepts, interfaces and workflows. Access does not create a licence for operational or commercial use, a service commitment or any right to receive source code, support or future access.
No production use
The demonstration is not a production service and must not be used to operate a business, school, financial process or other live activity.
No real data
Do not enter real confidential, personal, financial, customer, student, employee or institutional information. Use only synthetic demonstration data.
Accounts and credentials
Credentials must be kept confidential and used only by the authorised evaluator. Accounts may be limited, reset, suspended or withdrawn at any time.
Prohibited activity
Security testing, scraping, automated extraction, reverse engineering, credential sharing, disruption, file-upload abuse, attempts to access other roles or data, and use of the demonstration to develop a competing product are prohibited unless specifically authorised in writing.
Data and feature changes
Demonstration data may be reset, and features, workflows, accounts, integrations and interfaces may change or be removed without notice.
No service commitment
No uptime, backup, retention, support, warranty, maintenance, availability or service-level commitment applies to the demonstration environment.
Feedback
Evaluators may provide feedback for product-improvement review. Feedback does not transfer the evaluator’s pre-existing intellectual property. Confidential feedback and any intended rights in contributed material must be governed by an approved written agreement where required.
Intellectual property
Access does not transfer ownership of Ezarven ERP, Ezarven SRP, source code, designs, workflows, documentation, content, marks, credentials or related intellectual property. Rights remain with Ezarven Binary, Muhammad Anwer and/or relevant third-party rights holders according to the applicable written records and licences.
Suspension and security
Access may be suspended or terminated to protect the environment, other users, product integrity or these terms. Suspected security concerns must be reported through an approved contact process and must not be publicly disclosed without lawful authority.
Third-party components
Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their respective licences and terms. Demonstration access does not expand any upstream right.
No reliance
The demonstration is provided for evaluation as available. Visitors must conduct their own assessment and must not rely on the demonstration as a representation of production readiness, regulatory compliance, fitness for a specific purpose or future commercial availability.
Governing terms
Any governing-law, venue, arbitration or dispute terms applicable to a commercial evaluation will be stated in the relevant executed agreement. These demonstration terms do not override transaction-specific executed terms.
