Privacy notice
This notice explains how the Ezarven Binary website handles technical information and business-enquiry information submitted through the public website.
Scope and website operator
This notice applies to the website operated by Ezarven Binary, including the public business-enquiry form and the technical processing needed to deliver and protect the website.
Responsible business
Ezarven Binary is responsible for decisions about personal information intentionally collected through its website operations, subject to the requirements of applicable law. No statutory privacy office or data-protection officer is represented unless separately appointed where required.
Information provided through forms
The business-enquiry form may collect a name, organisation, business email, country, optional telephone number, enquiry type, message and context-specific information selected or entered by the visitor. The website must not request CNICs, signatures, bank details, passwords, credentials, source code, production data or confidential customer datasets.
Automatically collected technical information
Hosting, form-processing and security infrastructure may process limited request and submission information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages and security events. Non-essential analytics, advertising and behavioural-profiling technologies remain disabled unless separately approved and disclosed.
Purposes
Information may be used to assess and respond to software, product, partnership or corporate enquiries; manage prospective business relationships; protect the website and demonstrations; maintain an appropriate business record; comply with legal obligations; and establish or defend legal rights where necessary.
Service providers and data locations
Netlify provides the production website hosting and form-processing infrastructure and may process technical and enquiry information for those purposes. Email, DNS, security and other infrastructure providers may also process limited information as needed to provide their services. Provider processing may occur in jurisdictions where the relevant provider or its subprocessors operate, subject to applicable contractual, legal and security safeguards.
Retention and access
Enquiries that do not progress are ordinarily retained for no longer than 90 days. Information may be retained longer where reasonably needed for continuing correspondence, an active or prospective customer or partner relationship, legal or compliance obligations, or documented legal claims. Access is restricted to authorised Ezarven Binary personnel with a business need, after which information should be securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Security
Reasonable safeguards include encrypted transport, access control, least-privilege administration, secure credentials, minimal collection, provider review and timely access revocation. No website or transmission method can be represented as completely secure.
Requests and corrections
Privacy requests and corrections may be sent directly to privacy@ezarven.com. Rights and response obligations depend on the applicable law and the person’s location.
Product demonstrations
Ezarven ERP and Ezarven SRP demonstrations must use synthetic data. Visitors must not enter real personal, confidential, financial, customer, student, employee or institutional information into either demonstration.
Children and student information
The website is directed to business and institutional visitors. The public website must not intentionally collect information directly from children. Ezarven SRP demonstration access must not contain or solicit real student or guardian information.
Changes and effective date
This notice may change following hosting, form-processing, operational or legal changes. Last revised: 5 September 2026. Effective: 7 September 2026.
